Submission Guide

We invite authors to submit their original research papers for presentation at NNDLC2025. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission process:

  1. Originality: Submissions must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
  2. Formatting Requirements: Papers should be formatted according to the conference’s template, ensure the paper is written in clear, concise English. Papers should be at least 4 pages and the maximum length is typically 10 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
  3. Submission Process: Submit your paper through the conference’s submission system. All submissions should be in both PDF and WORD format. Include a title, abstract, keywords, and author information as required.
  1. Review Process: All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  2. Ethical Considerations: Authors must adhere to ethical standards, avoiding plagiarism and ensuring accurate citation of sources.
  3. Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed in EI database. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference for inclusion in the proceedings.
